Term discounts
How billing works
Prepaid terms
You pay a term up front from your balance. A day before it ends, the server renews itself for the same term if your balance covers it. You can switch that off.
Your price is locked
A server keeps the price it was created with for its whole life, renewals included.
Charged once it's ready
A term starts when your server is up. If setting it up fails, you pay nothing.
Stopped still counts
A stopped server keeps its resources reserved for you, so it costs the same as a running one.
Business accounts
One invoice a month for every day each server existed, paid by bank transfer within 14 days.
Reminders, then grace
We email 7 days and 1 day before a term ends. An unpaid server keeps running for 72 hours, then it's stopped, with its disk kept for a week.
