1. Who we are
Crossroads (crossroads.az) provides cloud and GPU servers from Baku, Azerbaijan. The service is run by [legal name of the company, VÖEN and registered address]. You can reach us at info@crossroads.az.
2. The service
We rent you virtual servers, optionally with a dedicated GPU, on our hardware in Baku, and the tools to manage them: Claude access, the API and our help by email. We set up every account ourselves after agreeing the details with you.
3. Your account
- The details you give us, including billing details for business accounts, must be correct and kept up to date.
- You are responsible for what happens under your account, through Claude access and with your API keys. Keep keys secret and tell us at once if one leaks; we will revoke it.
- You are responsible for the software you run on your servers and for keeping it secure.
4. Prices and payment
- Prices are in AZN and set by the rate card on our pricing page. A server keeps the prices it was created with, renewals included; changes to the rate card apply to new servers only.
- Prepaid accounts pay for each server a term at a time from their balance. A server renews itself for the same term a day before its term ends if the balance covers it, unless you switch that off.
- Business accounts receive a monthly invoice for every day each server existed in the month before, payable by bank transfer within 14 days. [What happens when a business invoice stays unpaid.]
- A stopped server is charged like a running one, because its resources stay reserved.

5. When a prepaid term ends unpaid
We remind you 7 days and 1 day before a term ends. If it ends unpaid, the server keeps running for 72 hours, is then stopped with its disk and address kept for 7 days, and is then removed after a final backup, which we keep for [period]. After that its data is gone.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use Crossroads to:
- break the law of the Republic of Azerbaijan or the law that applies to you;
- send spam (outgoing mail on port 25 is blocked for that reason);
- attack, scan or break into other systems, or run malware, phishing or botnets;
- host content you have no right to share;
- use so much of a shared resource that other customers' servers suffer. [Further limits, if any.]
If a server breaks these rules we will contact you and may stop it. In serious or urgent cases we may stop it first and contact you straight after.
7. Your data
What you store on your servers is yours. We don't look at it, except to keep the service running, when you ask us to help, or when the law requires it. How we handle the personal data we hold about you is in our privacy policy.
8. Backups
Snapshots sit on the same storage as the server they belong to, so they are not a backup. Keep your own copies of anything you can't afford to lose.
9. Availability
We work to keep your servers running and tell you in advance about planned maintenance when we can. We don't promise a particular uptime. [Service level and compensation, if any.]
10. Liability

11. Ending the service
You can stop using Crossroads at any time: ask us to remove your servers and close your account. Money left on your balance is paid back on request. We can end the service with [notice period] notice, or straight away for a serious breach of these terms.
12. Law and changes
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Azerbaijan. [Courts or dispute resolution.] We will email you before changing them, at least [notice period] before the change applies.
